Overview
The TOPIK test evaluates proficiency in Korean language skills such as reading, writing, and listening comprehension. It includes three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced with six grades to measure accuracy.
There are two test levels – TOPIK-I for beginners (sublevels 1 & 2) and TOPIK-II for Intermediate-Advanced learners (sublevels 3, 4, 5 & 6).
Test takers receive a level between 1 and 6 based on their total score. Those who meet the requirements will receive a formal certificate with one of six possible grades ranging from low beginner to high advanced.
